Susie Feirich is the Founder and Executive Director of Good Neighbor Thrift, a nonprofit committed to uplifting the community of Vista and surrounding North County.

Having lived in the area for over 20 years, Susie has witnessed the growth and transformation of Vista, while raising her family alongside the wonderful people who call North County home.

A passionate advocate for those who are underserved and overlooked, Susie brings a wealth of experience from her background in corporate human resources to her current role. She is committed to fostering a supportive environment through the nonprofit, which aims to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her fellow community members.

In addition to her work with Good Neighbor, Susie helps her family operate a small business in downtown Vista, further contributing to the local economy and community spirit. In her spare time, Susie enjoys camping and family adventures with her husband, Hunter and their daughters, Patti and Sunny Jane.
